Gamla Stans Yacht Sällskap (GSYS) cordially invites distinguished sailing clubs to participate in the 2K Pre-Worlds Regatta, to be held from August 28–31, 2025, in the historic and picturesque city of Stockholm.

This prestigious event will be sailed in J/80s on Riddarfjärden, the freshwater basin situated between Stockholm’s City Hall and the Royal Palace — a setting as grand as the competition itself. As the designated venue for the Team Racing World Championship for keel boats in 2026, the Pre-Worlds offers a rare opportunity for teams to gain valuable experience on these championship waters.

Clubs with a strong tradition of excellence in team racing are encouraged to express their interest. While participation is by invitation only, we welcome inquiries from teams that exemplify the highest standards of Corinthian competition and sportsmanship.
