  1. Registration; Thursday 26th May 09.00-10.00 at the registration desk at Nya Djurgårdsvarvet.
  2. Briefing on Thursday 26th May at 10.00, and on the consecutive racing days Friday 27th to Sunday 29th briefing will be held at 09.00.
  3. Practice; Thursday 26th May. 11.00-16.00. Practice Time slots to be arranged beforehand with the Race Office.
  4. First warning signal; at 1000 on each Racing Day.
  5. Latest time for warning signal; Sunday 29th May at 1500
Social Program (If you belong to a sailing team register here with any guests. For sailing members, there is no cost but for your guests. Apart from this it is only for GSYS members and their guests.)
  1. 26 May Thursday - Welcome ceremony at the Yacht Club and a buffé tour with s/s Motala Express. Mingle from 17.00 at "Nya Djurgårdsvarvet". Opening ceremony at 18.00. Departure at 19.00 with S / S Motala Express with buffet. Price 450:- SEK/person. Dresscode Jacket & Tie. This event full
  2. 28 May Saturday - Members and guests who do not sail are welcome to follow the races and have lunch on Victorina III between 12:00 - 15:00. This event full. Price 300: - SEK/person. Boarding Strandvägen, Kajplats 21
  3. 28 May Saturday at 19.00 - Regatta dinner at Hasselbacken. Price 975: - SEK/person. Dresscode Jacket & Tie. 
  4. 29 May Sunday - His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf will attend the regatta and perform at the pric-giving ceremony  at 17.00. After the price-giving ceremony there is a buffet around 17.30. Price 300: - SEK/person. Dresscode Jacket & Tie.
